In practices, the Company gives priority to purchasing products and services with low carbon emissions, low energy consumption and recycled materials, and actively supports the coordinated development of small and medium-sized suppliers. Meanwhile, the Company integrates sustainable development concepts into supplier screening and evaluation, requiring suppliers to sign the Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment and strictly regulating their performance in labor protection, occupational health and safety, environmental management and ethical standards. By implementing full-chain responsibility management, the Company strives to build a responsible upstream and downstream industrial ecosystem and fully facilitate the low-carbon transformation and sustainable development of the industrial chain.

Supplier ESG Risk Management

To accurately identify ESG risks in the supply chain, the Company has formulated the ESG Risk Identification Form to conduct supplier ESG risk assessments from the three dimensions of environment, society and governance. It focuses on investigating potential risks and hidden hazards in environmental compliance, carbon management implementation, work safety, employee rights and interests, integrity risk control, and data security. Meanwhile, the Company continuously improves the risk prevention, control and response mechanism. Through on-site audits, anonymous surveys, and the signing of social responsibility commitments and confidentiality agreements, the Company strictly screens, standardizes and guides suppliers, and eliminates non-compliant partners, so as to build a robust, compliant, transparent, green and low-carbon sustainable supply chain system.
Supplier ESG Risk Management

Responsible Minerals

GCL Lithium has established and improved a responsible minerals management system, and formulated and implemented institutional documents including the Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Due Diligence Management Policy and the Responsible Mineral Supply Chain Risk Identification and Control Procedures to standardize the end-to-end management of the mineral supply chain. Adhering to the bottom line of human rights protection, the Company firmly rejects conflict mineral transactions and reduces the adverse environmental and social impacts arising from production and operation activities.
Responsible Minerals
